We are located on a 5 acre family farm and obtain our in season produce and herbs onsite. For meats and other ingredients, we source from local family-owned farms and ranches in central Texas.
Our menu changes weekly based on what is fresh and in season, so be sure to check here or on our social media to see the current menus!

Prix-fixe $70 or a la carte


  • Grilled Pork Chop: smoked bean hash, purslane, lambs quarter’s, arugula, house made mustard

  • Everything Black Drum: ghee poached crab, charred cherry tomato, salsa yerba, corny sauce, mint & grits

  • Sweet Smokey Quail: honey habanero glaze, smashed kennebec, oyster mushroom, herbs & demi
